The plain-language version of the promises Eden’s Play Garden keeps — what the children’s app does and doesn’t do, and what this website itself does. The short version: the app your child touches collects nothing.
🌱 The children’s app: private by architecture
The app at edensplay.app is built so there is nothing to collect. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party requests — the page your child plays on talks to no one. Play progress lives on your own device and nowhere else. Once loaded, the whole garden works offline.
This isn’t a policy we promise to follow — it is how the software is built. “We never see how your child uses the app” is literally true, because there is no channel for that information to travel.
👶 Children’s privacy (our COPPA posture)
We collect no personal information from children — none, anywhere. No names, no photos, no voices, no locations, no play histories. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for us to store, share, sell, or delete.
The customer is always the adult: any future account, purchase, or support feature lives on Parents-facing surfaces like this website — never inside the children’s app, which shows no purchase surface at all. Before any feature that would create parent accounts launches publicly, it goes through legal review first.
🌐 What this website does
This site (edensplaygarden.com) is a static page for Parents. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps the standard operational server logs every website host keeps to run the service; we add nothing on top.
If we ever choose to measure how many families this page reaches, it will be aggregate, cookieless, and free of personal information — counts, not people — and we will describe it on this page before it happens. The children’s app is not part of that choice, ever.
Feedback is voluntary and email-only: the feedback link opens your own mail app — no form, no hidden request from this page. Share only what you choose to; we ask for nothing about your child.
💛 Money, honestly
The app is free, and everything that has ever been free stays free. If you choose to support the garden — a voluntary gift, or optional extra content for Parents who want it — that happens on this website, on adult-facing pages, handled by an established payment processor. Card and billing details would live with the payment processor, never with us — and the children’s app never meets money at all.
MASONBYTE LLC is a for-profit company, not a registered charity — gifts support the team building the app and are not tax-deductible.
🤝 Truthful content, checkable sources
Every fact a child meets in the garden carries a real source, and our build tooling refuses to ship a fact without one. The same discipline applies here: this page describes what the software actually does, in words a parent can check against behavior — no more, no less.
