Eden’s Play Garden is two separate things, and this page is careful about which one it means.
- 🌱 The children’s app — edensplay.app, the thing your child touches. It collects nothing. It has its own policy, in full, at edensplay.app/legal.html.
- 🌐 This website — edensplaygarden.com, for Parents. It counts visits without cookies, and if you offer it, it can keep your email address to tell you once when a pack opens. That is the only personal detail anything here stores.
Where a section below says “the app” it means the first; where it says “this website” it means the second. Nothing your child does is ever part of either.
🌱 The children’s app (edensplay.app): private by architecture
The app at edensplay.app is built so there is nothing to collect. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party requests — the page your child plays on talks to no one. Play progress lives on your own device and nowhere else. Once loaded, the whole garden works offline.
This isn’t a policy we promise to follow — it is how the software is built. “We never see how your child uses the app” is literally true, because there is no channel for that information to travel.
👶 Children’s privacy, on both surfaces (our COPPA posture)
We collect no personal information from children — none, anywhere. No names, no photos, no voices, no locations, no play histories. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for us to store, share, sell, or delete.
The customer is always the adult: any future account, purchase, or support feature lives on Parents-facing surfaces like this website — never inside the children’s app, which shows no purchase surface at all. Before any feature that would create parent accounts launches publicly, it goes through legal review first.
🌐 This website (edensplaygarden.com): what it does
This is a static page for Parents. It sets no cookies and uses no third-party trackers. We count visits to our own pages, on our own server — no IP addresses, no device details, no identifier of any kind. A visit is a count, not a person. Tapping a bell adds one to that pack’s count, nothing more. Our hosting provider keeps the ordinary server logs any website host keeps to run the service. The children’s app is not part of any of this, ever.
The one thing we store about a person, if you offer it. After you tap a bell you may leave an email address so we can tell you when that pack opens. It is optional — the count is already recorded, and you can ignore the box. We use it to send you exactly one message about that pack, and then we delete it. It is never sold, never shared, never used for a newsletter, and never connected to anything your child does. Want it gone sooner? Email info@edensplaygarden.com and it is deleted, no questions asked.
Two pages here work differently, and have to. Signing in and supporting the garden are handled by an established sign-in provider and payment processor, so those pages do talk to them — that is what makes them work. Both are adult-facing, entirely optional, and separate from everything above. The children’s app never meets a sign-in or a payment at all.
Other feedback stays voluntary and email-only: the feedback link opens your own mail app — no form, no hidden request from this page. Share only what you choose to; we ask for nothing about your child. If you want the technical detail behind any of this, ask us at info@edensplaygarden.com — we are glad to show our work.
💛 Money, honestly
The app is free, and everything that has ever been free stays free. If you choose to support the garden — a voluntary gift, or optional extra content for Parents who want it — that happens on this website, on adult-facing pages, handled by an established payment processor. Card and billing details would live with the payment processor, never with us — and the children’s app never meets money at all.
MASONBYTE LLC is a for-profit company, not a registered charity — gifts support the team building the app and are not tax-deductible.
🤝 Truthful content, checkable sources
Every fact a child meets in the garden carries a real source, and our build tooling refuses to ship a fact without one. The same discipline applies here: this page describes what the software actually does, in words a parent can check against behavior — no more, no less.
